Tertiary training kit
This training kit provides teaching and self-learning resources for teachers and students on the use of software and methods to analyse satellite-derived climate data records. You will teach and learn how to use satellite data to measure and predict climate change. You will work with climate data records spanning 40 years of observations to quantify the recent drought events and forecast their return period.
The training kit is provided in English and is designed for teachers desiring to include it in their curricula or students looking for self-study material. The study load is estimated to be about 56 hours.
